Introducing the Valheim Companion App
As a long-time fan of Valheim, I wanted to create something that would truly enhance the player experience. That’s why I built the Valheim Companion App, a tool designed to help players easily find the items and materials they need to thrive in the world of Valheim. While the app is still in its early stages, the food function is already live, allowing users to quickly locate and learn about different consumables to keep their Viking strong.
Why Build This App?
Valheim is an expansive survival game where gathering the right resources is essential. But, let’s face it, sometimes searching through wikis or flipping between browser tabs can take away from the immersive experience. I wanted to create a quick-find tool that allows players to seamlessly search for the items and materials they need without leaving the game for too long.
Current Features: Food Functionality
The first feature that's been implemented focuses on food, which plays a crucial role in survival, stamina, and combat efficiency. With the Valheim Companion App, players can:
Easily search for different food items and see their effects on health and stamina.
Find the required ingredients to craft each meal.
Plan their inventory before setting out on an adventure.
This function makes it easier to manage your Viking diet and stay prepared for battle, exploration, and survival.

I'm just getting started! The goal is to expand the app into a comprehensive resource for all things Valheim. Future updates will include:
Complete Item Database: A full list of weapons, armor, and crafting materials.
Interactive Resource Finder: Helping players locate where to gather specific materials.
